Undergraduate Degrees in Egypt
Egypt has a long history for undergraduate, post graduate, doctorate degrees and other various programs from welcoming students to completion of successful training programs around the world. Undergraduate Courses
For undergraduate courses, there is a separate entry requirement for students to enroll with the British University of Egypt.
Undergraduate Course Requirements:
- A-levels
It offers more than 30 undergraduate programmes with more than the capacity of 50,000 students from different countries.
- International Baccalaureate
Every student should have a minimum of 32 points in the IB Diploma which will also be considerable for admission to undergraduate degree programmes. As with A-levels, grades will vary from programme to programme.
- SAT and APTs.
Students who want to take admission should match the criteria with a minimum 600 each in SAT II math and verbal and minimum 4s in APTs being taken will be considered for admission in undergraduate degree programmes.
- Tawjihiyah / Thanawiya amma
For Egyptians, they should have a General Secondary Education Certificate from Egypt. Grades will vary depending on the precise qualification taken, but will generally be 75% or more. The programme is delivered by Egypt University which is located on the main highway.
English Language Proficiency
All students who are looking to apply in undergraduate programmes, they must be comfortable in English irrespective of the country you belongs to. Students for degree programmes and non-degree programmes must provide evidence of academic
English proficiency with the admission application form for undergraduate training programmes. Universities will not exempt applicants from this requirement solely on the basis of the student's country or course to course.
Students must submit all required application certificates or all required documents to be considered for admission. The undergraduate admission application booklet having the list of specific documents should be gone through by the applicants in order to complete their application to a recognized university.
Egypt Universities usually look for highly qualified applicants who complete the most demanding courses available in secondary school. Good grades in previous classes illustrate your ability and willingness to meet the academic challenges of university. University will offer many courses in many languages and placements along with these for students who will complete education with excellent grades.
